LEGACY FORD AND ENTREPRISE RENT-A-CAR
Legacy Ford is an extension of Legacy Ford in Rosenberg. It is comprised of two buildings, one being Legacy Ford and the other Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Legacy Ford is a 11,090 sq.ft. one story building and Enterprise is 1,375 sq.ft.
My Role: I was responsible for the production of architectural drawings all throughout schematic design, design development, and construction documents in collaboration with the design team. I handled coordination between engineers, General Contractors, SME's, equipment vendors, and stakeholders. Submitting plans for ADA review with the TDLR, local governmental code research (IBC, IFC) that applies to this project, and the compliance of Ford and Enterprise company branding. Among my other responsibilities was acting as assistant project manager during construction administration where I collaborated with different fields to ensure quality assurance and accuracy of the construction.
